1. All rights, including copyright, in the Tiger Aspect Productions website and its contents, are owned by or licensed to TAP, or otherwise used by TAP as permitted by applicable law.

2. In accessing the TAP website, you agree that you will access the contents solely for your own private use but not for any commercial or public use. You can download and use the service on a single CPU at a time and you can print out a single hard copy of any part of the content on the TAP website for your personal use.

8. In the event that you submit unsolicited scripts, programme ideas/formats, taster tapes/pilots or showreels to TAP via this website it is TAP’s policy not to read or view them. In making such submission you expressly acknowledge that your submitted material may contain ideas which are the same as or similar to ideas which have been independently developed by TAP or other third parties and you understand and accept that TAP may have already independently developed or acquired ideas (“TAP Ideas”) without use of your submitted material or may do so in the future. In such event, utilization by TAP of the TAP Idea shall not constitute a breach of copyright or confidentiality.

If any of these terms and conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms and conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that term or condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

10.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and therefore should cease using this website immediately.
